How syllabus to calendar works

Send your syllabus
Upload it in the Student Hub, or forward the email from your instructor to your personal LyfeHubX address. A PDF, Word document or photo works, or you can paste the text into the email.

Aiya reads it
Aiya, the LyfeHubX assistant, picks out the course code and name, instructor, term, credits, class days, times and room, plus every graded item that has a date, like essays, quizzes, exams and projects, with its weight.

It lands in your calendar
Classes appear on your weekly schedule and deadlines show up in the Student Hub and your calendar. If the course doesn't exist yet, Aiya creates it. If it does, she fills in what's missing.

What file types can I send?

What if my syllabus doesn't list a class time or due date?

Aiya only saves what's clearly written in the syllabus. If a time or date isn't there, she leaves it for you to add, instead of guessing.

Where do I find my forwarding address?

Once you sign up, your personal forwarding address is shown at the top of the Student Hub. Anything you forward there is read by Aiya.

Does it work with Google Calendar?

Deadlines and classes go into your LyfeHubX calendar, alongside the rest of your schedule: work, family plans and personal events.

What if I forward the same syllabus twice?
