By accessing or using LyfeHubX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

LyfeHubX is an AI-powered life management platform that helps you organize your personal and professional life. Our services include:

• Task and calendar management with AI-powered scheduling
• Financial tracking and bank account connections via Plaid
• Health and fitness tracking with Fitbit integration
• Google Calendar synchronization
• Secure document storage
• Family sharing and household management
• AI-generated insights and recommendations

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

LyfeHubX offers Free, Student, Pro, and Premium subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

The Service integrates with third-party services including Plaid (banking), Fitbit (fitness), Google Calendar, and Stripe (payments). By using these integrations:

• You agree to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties
• You authorize LyfeHubX to access and store data from these services
• You can disconnect integrations at any time from Settings
• We are not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy

LyfeHubX uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized recommendations and automation. You acknowledge that:

• AI suggestions are recommendations, not professional advice
• AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate
• Financial, health, and legal decisions should involve qualified professionals
• AI features may have usage limits based on your subscription tier

Family plan subscribers can create households with up to 6 members. Household creators:

• Are responsible for managing household membership
• Control which data is shared within the household
• Must ensure all members agree to these Terms
• Can remove members or delete the household at any time

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Resell or redistribute the Service

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. By using LyfeHubX, you grant us a license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the Service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our products
• Back up your data for disaster recovery purposes

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LYFEHUBX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• You lose access to the Service and your data
• You may export your data before termination if possible
• Paid subscriptions are not refunded for termination due to violations

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
